Concurrencia a cargo del Fondo Común de Naturaleza Pública (Foncap). La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) determinará, con la liquidación de cada pago de nómina del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión (Inravisión) y la Administración Postal Nacional (Adpostal), el valor de la concurrencia a cargo del Fondo Común de Naturaleza Pública (Foncap).
