Articulo once. Las multas de que trata este Decreto podrán ser convertidas en arresto, si no fueren si no fueren pagadas en la respectiva Oficina de Hacienda dentro de los quince días siguientes a al notificación de la resolución a razón de un día por cada $ 4 o fracción de peso, pero en ningún caso el arresto impuesto en sustitución de la pena de multa podrá acceder de seis meses.
