Ejercicio de la docencia oficial en la educación preescolar. El ejercicio docente en los establecimientos educativos oficiales que ofrezcan el grado obligatorio de transición o más grados de la educación preescolar se regirá por las normas pertinentes de la Ley 115 de 1994, en armonía con las disposiciones contenidas en los Decretos ley 2277 de 1979 y 1278 de 2002 y las normas que las modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional expedirá orientaciones y lineamientos sobre el ejercicio del liderazgo de los procesos pedagógicos en los demás servicios educativos que ofrezcan educación inicial, excluyendo los servicios operados por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, (ICBF), cuyas orientaciones serán definidas por dicha entidad.
