La Nación procederá también a la Fundación de colonias agrícolas para egresos de los leprocomios, en los sitios que estime conveniente organizadas y dirigidas por agrónomos oficiales, en donde sus habitantes vivirán a costa del propio trabajo, y el sobrante de su producción será adquirido por el Gobierno para ser utilizado en los leprocomios.
