Las funciones de las dependencias que conforman la estructura del Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, continuarán siendo las establecidas en el Acuerdo 14 de 1989, aprobado por el Decreto 2508 del 1º de noviembre de 1989, con excepción de las señaladas en los artículos 12, 13 y 14 del citado acuerdo.
