º. Adiciónese al Decreto 239 de 1993, el siguiente artículo: "Artículo 4º. Por la labor de inspección y vigilancia sobre el Banco de la República que se delega por el presente decreto, la Superintendencia Bancaria podrá cobrar una contribución consistente en una tarifa que se aplicará sobre el monto total de los activos que registre el Banco de la República a 30 de junio y 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, descontando las reservas internacionales y los aportes a organismos internacionales".
