Caducidad de la querella. La quere lla debe ser presentada dentro del término de tres meses contados a partir de la comisión del hecho punible instantáneo, o de la realización del último acto si se tratare de hecho permanente. La fuerza mayor o el caso fortuito interrumpen el término de caducidad.
