ARTICULO 242 . Consecuencias de la decisión que exonera de responsabilidad . Si la decisión que se dictare en la actuación fuere cesación de procedimiento o sentencia absolutoria, el sindicado o sus herederos podrán demandar la restitución de lo pagado, sin perjuicio de las demás acciones que se deriven del acto injusto.
