ART 23. La capacidad de la mujer para administrar sus bienes se regirá inmediatamente por la ley posterior. Pero si esta restringe dicha capacidad, no será efectiva la restricción sino cumplido el término de un año, salvo que la ley misma disponga otra cosa.
