º. La Administración de Aduana a través de la cual se nacionalicen equipos con tarifas arancelarias única, enviará certificaión del manifiesto de importación de los mismos, con base en el Reglamento General de Aduanas 328,o en los que lo adicionen o reformen, al Consejo Nacional de Políticas Aduaneras, dentro de un término no mayor de treinta (30) días contados desde la fecha de cancelación del manifiesto de importación.
