Prestaciones para pensionados. A los pensionados por invalidez, jubilación y retiro por vejez se les prestará por la entidad que les pague la pensión, asistencia médica, farmacéutica, quirúrgica y hospitalaria. Para este efecto el pensionado cotizará mensualmente un cinco por ciento (5%) de su pensión.
