El que falsifique los grabados, piedras litográficas, o cualquier otro instrumento que sirva exclusivamente para grabar o imprimir el papel sellado o las estampillas postales o de timbre nacional de la República, será castigado por este solo hecho con reclusión por cuatro a diez y seis meses, y multa de cinco a cien pesos.
