Registradores . Los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos están obligados a enviar a la Oficina de Catastro correspondiente, dentro de los diez (10) primeros días de cada mes, la información completa sobre modificaciones de la propiedad inmueble ocurridas durante el mes anterior. El incumplimiento de esta disposición ocasionará la aplicación de las sanciones establecidas o que establezca la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
