ARTICULO 14 . El Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil, de conformidad con reglamentación que expida al respecto, podrá otorgar para los empleos comprendidos en el nivel ejecutivo, una prima técnica equivalente hasta el CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50%) de la asignación básica mensual que corresponda al respectivo empleo, todo con sujeción a lo previsto en el decreto 1661 de 1991 y las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
