Abrece al Presupuesto especial de Crédito Público del bienio económico de 1903 y 1904un crédito adicional por la suma de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000,000), que tendrá la siguiente imputación: PRESUPUESTO ESPECIAL DE CREDITO PUBLICO Bienio económico de 1903 y 1904. MINISTERIO DEL TESORO. Emisión de documentos de Crédito Público . CAPÍTULO UNICO Art. 5.° Para la emisión de vales al portador que devengarse en pago de las reclamaciones de nacionales, por suministros, empréstitos y expropiaciones, durante 1a guerra que principió el 18 de Octubre de 1899, en el bienio (crédito implícito fijado por el Ministerio del Tesoro) $ 1.000,000 Suma $ 1.000,000 Publíquese.
