Las acciones judiciales para el cobro de los intereses y de capital de los Títulos de Deuda Pública Interna caducarán en el término de cuatro (4) años, contados a partir de la fecha de sus exigibilidad. El derecho derivado de tales títulos prescribira en el mismo período de tiempo.
