La partida se\alada en el artículo anterior para las obras de fomento Municipal del Corregimiento de "Dos Quebradas", del Municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal, Departamento de Caldas, será incluida dentro del Presupuesto de las próximas y/o subsiguientes vigencias, haciéndose los giros correspondientes al Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal para la realización de dichas obras. Pero si no fuere incluida dicha suma en el Presupuesto, autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para hacer los traslados necesarios a fin de dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
