Ninguna persona natural o jurídica propietaria de una parcela podrá adquirir por compra o a cualquier título, excepción hecha del caso de la herencia, otra u otras porciones dentro del terreno motivo de esta Ley. Los registradores de instrumentos públicos no podrán registrar título alguno que contravenga esta disposición, la que se insertara precisamente en todas las escrituras de adjudicación y traslaticias del dominio, y serán absolutamente nulos los actos que contravengan este artículo.
