ARTICULO 98. DE LOS ACTUALES GASTOS DE REPRESENTACIÓN. Los funcionarios que tuvieren asignados gastos de representación en cuantías superiores a las fijadas en el presente estatuto para sus respectivos empleos, continuarán recibiendo la cantidad que actualmente perciben hasta que cambien de cargo o se produzca su retiro del servicio.
