º . Naturaleza y cuantía máxima del subsidio para habilitación legal de títulos . El subsidio familiar de vivienda de que trata este Decreto podrá incluir, además de la transferencia del terreno respectivo, el valor de los gastos de escrituración y registro correspondientes a la legalización de títulos. La cuantía de este subsidio será igual al valor del terreno según el avalúo administrativo especial, y los gastos de escrituración si a ello hubiere lugar, sin que esta suma pueda exceder en ningún caso del equivalente a quinientas unidades de poder adquisitivo constante (500 UPAC).
