Las tarjetas a que se refiere el artículo anterior se presentarán en las siguientes oficinas: en Bogotá, al Jefe de la Sección de Extranjeros del Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano, y en las demás poblaciones a los jefes seccionales y subseccionales de la misma entidad, o en su defecto, al Alcalde Municipal del respectivo lugar, para el control y examen de ellas por dichos funcionarios".
