Competencia para la administración de personal . Todo lo atinente al manejo del régimen interno de administración de personal de los funcionarios de la Superintendencia General de Puertos en aspectos tales como el proceso de selección, situaciones administrativas, régimen especial de carrera administrativa, distribución de cargos, ubicación de funcionarios y en general todo el manejo de la planta semiglobal del organismo corresponde al Superintendente General de Puertos, quien podrá delegar estas funciones cuando las necesidades del servicio lo requieran.
