Los recursos presupuestados al proyecto CAPACITACIÓN JOVENES EN ACCIÓN del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje - SENA se destinarán inicialmente para la atención de la población desplazada por la violencia, en cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-025 de 2004 proferida por la Honorable Corte Constitucional. Una vez se cubra la demanda de la población desplazada, los recursos se podrán destinar a población no desplazada.
