La contribución de valorización de que tratan la Ley 25 de 1921 y el Decreto y el Decreto extraordinario 1604 de 1966 es aplicable a todas las obras que ejecute la Corporación, previa declaración en tal sentido hecha por la Junta Directiva con sujeción a sus estatutos. Corresponderá a las autoridades de la Corporación establecer, decretar, distribuir, ejecutar, liquidar y recaudar las obras de valorización.
