Cuando una imprenta cambie de nombre o de dueño, tales hechos se comunicarán a los funcionarios de que habla el artículo anterior, dentro de los cinco días siguientes a aquél en que el cambio se hubiere verificado, y las imprentas que en adelante se establecieren quedan sujetas a dar el aviso de que trata el mismo artículo anterior, dentro de los tres días siguientes a su instalación.
