º. El capital de la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero quedará constituido por las sumas pagadas hasta el momento por el Gobierno Nacional, y por la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros y por el nuevo aporte de cuatro millones de pesos ($ 4.000.000) de la Nación, a que se refiere el artículo 6º.de esta Ley.
