A rtículo 4 º. La Comisión Gubernamental se reunirá ordinariamente una vez por, mes, previa convocatoria del Presidente de la misma y extraordinariamente cada vez que sea convocada por su Presidente, por iniciativa propia o por solicitud de tres (3) de sus miembros. Las citaciones a las reuniones ordinarias se harán a través de la secretaría de la Comisión Gubernamental, con una antelación mínima de tres (3) días comunes.
