Los fondos apropiados o que se apropien para damnificados en virtud de la Leyes 10 y 48 de 1935 y 20 de 1936 y el artículo 10 de la presente Ley, podrán invertirse en la construcción de obras públicas que beneficien las regiones afectadas en Nariño por los movimientos sísmicos.
