ARTICULO 85 . FUNCIONES DE LAS COMISIONES REGIONALES DE PERSONAL. Corresponde a las Comisiones Regionales de Personal del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, dentro de su circunscripción territorial, las siguientes funciones

Recomendar a la Junta de Carrera Penitenciaria Nacional las iniciativas, estudios e investigaciones en áreas relacionadas con la administración de personal.

Emitir concepto no vinculante al Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, de la insubsistencia del empleado de carrera, cuando obtenga una calificación insatisfactoria.

Las demás que se fijen en desarrollo de disposiciones legales. CAPITULO III. PROCESO DE SELECCION
