°. de lo dispuesto en el artículo 7°. del decreto número 16 de 1940, exceptuanse los inspectores nacionales y departamentales de educación primaria, y los maestros a quienes se alude en el artículo precedente, los cuales conservaran la última categoría que se les hubiere asignado en el escalafón nacional del magisterio, siempre que no se hayan hecho acreedores a la exclusión de tal estatuto por providencia expresa del ministerio del ramo.

Parágrafo

Los mencionados inspectores y maestros quedaran sujetos a la revisión de esa categoría, cuando se encuentren de nuevo en servicio de una escuela primaria oficial.
