Artículo sexto. Las providencias de nombramiento, traslado o remoción de personal en cargos habilitados para el servicio rural, requieren la refrendación del Ministerio de Salud Pública -Oficina Jurídica-, requisito que constituye la imprescindible autorización legal para el ejercicio provisional de la profesión por el término de prestación del servicio rural obligatorio, en el área correspondiente. Sin dicha refrendación el Ministerio de Salud Pública no aceptará los certificados que se expidan sobre cumplimiento del servicio rural.
