Avalúo catastral de los resguardos indígenas. Para efectos de lo establecido en el artículo 4° de la Ley 12 de 1986, y artículos 24 y 25 de la Ley 44 de 1990, la División de Asuntos Indígenas del Ministerio del Interior, o la entidad que haga sus veces, indicará al Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi los límites de los resguardos indígenas conforme aparecen en los títulos o documentos pertinentes y certificará en qué municipio existe cada uno de estos. El Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi o la entidad catastral competente, certificará ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el avalúo de los resguardos indígenas.
