º La intervención operativa consiste en la prestación, por parte del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito, Intra, de servicios que están a cargo de los organismos de tránsito, con la finalidad de garantizar una correcta y eficaz atención a los usuarios. Esta medida tendrá carácter transitorio y para su efectividad el organismo de tránsito deberá facilitar sus instalaciones a los funcionarios que designe el Intra.
