Prueba para la indemnización. Para comprobar las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en que se adquirió una incapacidad relativa y permanente, o absoluta, de que tratan los artículos 133, 134 y 135 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, el Comandante de la Unidad o Repartición respectiva ordenará una investigación administrativa, breve y sumaria, la cual deberá ser conceptuada por éste y por su respectivo superior, sobre las mencionadas circunstancias y luego la enviará para ser anexada al expediente de prestaciones sociales. CAPITULO IV Prestaciones por muerte en actividad.
