Artículo único. Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para que pueda vender las fajas que habiendo sido parte de caminos de propiedad de la Nación, hayan dejado de prestar aquel servicio. Las fajas de caminos departamentales y municipales, que se encuentren en el mismo caso, como propiedades de esas entidades, pueden venderse por ellas, de acuerdo con las leyes y ordenanzas.

Queda reformado el artículo 12 del Código Fiscal en cuanto el presente artículo se refiere a las fajas de los caminos de propiedad nacional.
