Artículo sexto. El Consejo Profesional Agronómico tendrá su sede en Bogotá, y sus funciones principalmente serán las siguientes

a)

Llevar un registro de todos los profesionales a que se refiere este Decreto.

b)

Nombrar los representantes que estime conveniente en las capitales de los Departamentos.

c)

Expedir las matrículas en concordancia con el artículo séptimo de este Decreto.

d)

Expedir un Código de Ética Profesional; y

e)

Cancelar la matrícula de los profesionales que no se ajusten a dicho Código, a partir de su expedición.
