Artículo segundo. El Hospital Antituberculoso "Santa Clara", de Bogotá, mantendrá estrechas relaciones con el Ministerio de Salud Pública, por intermedio de la División de Epidemiologia, y específicamente para los aspectos técnicos y de investigación con la Sección de Tuberculosis y el Instituto Nacional de Salud. Asimismo tendrá el control científico y administrativo de los Consultorios de Vías Respiratorias que funcionan en la capital de la República, y a él estarán adscritas como servicios antituberculosos anexos, mientras el Ministerio de Salud Pública determina su ubicación definitiva, las Unidades Móviles Radiológicas que actualmente prestan servicios en el Departamento de Cundinamarca.
