Artículo único. Exímese al señor Carlos Vallarino, como Habilitado que fue en 1883 del batallón Tiradores, de la responsabilidad de trescientos setenta y un pesos cincuenta y cinco centavos ($371-55 ca.) que elevó á cargo líquida la Corte de Cuentas, cargo á que no pudo contestar por falta de los documentos del caso, que le fue imposible reunir en aquella situación de guerra.
