Denominación de los Actos. Los actos o decisiones del Director del Fondo de Comunicaciones se denominarán resoluciones, las cuales se numerarán consecutivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y su custodia estará a cargo de la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
