La Comisión Patronal de tesorería tendrá las siguientes funciones: a). Proyectar y realizar, en estrecha colaboración con los miembros de número del Patronato, toda clase de actos público como espectáculos, reuniones sociales, etc.., a fin de allegar fondos para el Patronato. b). Recibir las cuotas de los miembros adherentes del Patronato y expedir los correspondientes recibos. c). Administrar estos fondos de conformidad con las reglamentaciones que oportunamente expedirá, por medio de resolución ministerial, el jefe de la Sección de Patronatos, dependiente de la Dirección de Extensión Cultural y Bellas Artes.
