Saldo del IVA por activos fijos a solicitar como descuento. Para los efectos del

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 115-1 del ET, el saldo pendiente para solicitar como descuento tributario correspondiente a impuesto sobre las ventas pagado en la adquisición de activos fijos durante los 5 años siguientes gravables a 1998, será el que resulte una vez se haya imputado en la declaración de renta de 1998 el máximo monto posible, como descuento por este concepto.
