Las prestaciones que según este Decreto queden a cargo del Tesoro Público, se regularán por medio de resoluciones dictadas por el Ministerio de Defensa. El reconocimiento de asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones que corresponda a la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares, se hará por medio de acuerdos de la Caja aprobados por el Ministerio de Defensa.
