Con ocasión de la liquidación definitiva del presupuesto del bienio 2017-2018, autorícese al Gobierno nacional a incorporar en el Decreto de cierre de la vigencia presupuestal2019-2020 del Sistema General de Regalías, la suma de DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y CINCO MIL DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y DOS MILLONES TRESCIENTOS SESENTA Y OCHO MIL NOVENTA Y CUATRO PESOS ($235.242.368.094), correspondiente al mayor recaudo del bienio 2017-2018 que no fueron incorporados al presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías del bienio 2019-2020 aprobado por la Ley 1942 de 2018, atendiendo las homologaciones dispuestas en el artículo 205 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.
