Art. 212. El Inspector de las bodegas pondrá al pié del sobordo una nota en que esprese si está conforme con el cargamento, i en caso de no estarlo, anotará las diferencias que resulten, debiendo esplicarlas el patron de la embarcacion, indicando los puntos en donde haya dejado bultos, si faltaren,

i en dónde tomó los que aparezcan de mas. De todo mandará copia a la Aduana.

Parágrafo

Cuando haya quedado algo en algun punto del rio, se anotará lo venido en el primer viaje, i las dilijencias de que trata este artículo se practicarán cuando haya llegado el resto de la carga, sin perjuicio de que sigan a Cúcuta los bultos anotados.
