Artículo único. Señálase un nuevo plazo de seis meses para terminar el cambio de la moneda de 0,500, legalmente emitida, por papel - moneda. Este cambio se hará por el Banco Nacional con el resto de la emisión destinada á este objeto.

Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 18 de la Ley 93 de 1892.
