º La Junta Directiva del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras podrá regular lo concerniente al seguro de depósitos, teniendo en cuenta que los cobros de la prima del seguro de que trata el literal e) del artículo 10 de la Ley 117 de 1985 se harán mensualmente.
