Queda facultado el Gobierno para solicitar la colaboración económica de cualquier entidad oficial, semioficial o particular para adelantar las campañas de que trata esta Ley. Los contratos que se celebren no necesitan la posterior aprobación del Congreso.

Parágrafo

En caso de que se obtuviere dinero de las entidades mencionadas en este artículo, los sobrantes de la partida nacional serán invertidos en el control del paludismo en otros sitios del país.
