Artículo único El auxilio de cesantía a que tienen derecho los obreros de las carreteras nacionales, de conformidad con la ley 3a. de 1943, se computara teniendo en cuenta todo el tiempo servido, sin solución de continuidad, con posterioridad al 19 de diciembre de 1939, fecha de la vigencia de la ley 61 de 1939, y el auxilio de cesantía para los empleados de las mismas carreteras, se computara teniendo en cuenta todo el tiempo de servicio que presten o hayan prestado sin solución de continuidad. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
