Modifíquese el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 2.6.10.2.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "

Las administradoras de los dos regímenes del Sistema General de Pensiones responderán por la actuación de los promotores de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 2.2.7.4.1. del Decreto 1833 de 2016.".
