° . Las personas que se encuentren gozando de pensión de jubilación o vejez y se reintegren al servicio en uno de los empleos señalados en el artículo 29 del Decreto 2400 de 1968 o en uno de elección popular, percibirán la asignación mensual correspondiente. En el evento de que dicha asignación fuere inferior a la mesada pensional, percibirán adicionalmente la diferencia por concepto de pensión, hasta concurrencia del valor total de esta prestación social.
